Hello, my name is Katherine Rozhek. I am writing to you in hopes of assistance for my frenchie Zeke. We were referred your contact by the SNOT rescue. Zeke is 4 years old, very happy boy, loves to play and run. This past Tuesday, he came down with a weak leg, we took him to emergency, and they said it was orthopedic, we went home, and in the next 12 hours he started declining. We brought him back to ER, and they are saying he will need an MRI and surgery. They said not to proceed w MRI unless we are ready to operate and do surgery as well. I really want to save my Zeke for him to be able to walk and run again. Right now he is paralyzed in the back legs, in a diaper, scooting around. I tried everything. I cannot take out a loan unfortunately, I am a new homeowner, a student, I’m 21, I’ve spent so much money this week bringing him back and fourth. And of course, I want to keep going, but I cannot sink myself with him unfortunately. I’m reaching out in hopes you have any information or help. Thank you so much for your time and consideration!
